Indian Head Massage known as " Champi " has been practiced for many centuries
as part of the family health care. Indian mothers would massage their babies'
hair, head neck and shoulders to stimulate growth and relaxation.
Indian head massage goes beyond the purely aesthetic and
superficial. It stimulates nerve
function, improves relaxation, creates calmness and emotional well-being by
getting to the root causes of the problem.

This is
mainly a hands-on course. We will practice the three principal strokes and
techniques, which include a form of acupressure (Sattva,
Raja, Tamas), apply oils and
get a great revitalizing and relaxing treatment.
Bring a hand
towel, suggested oils ( Rosemary, Sandalwood,
Lavender,
Peppermint,
Frankincense, Patchouli and blends, etc ) and an open
mind! It is not absolutely necessary to bring the oils because the instructor
will bring his own.

for ADHD/Hyperactivity. Mr. Wolfgang Luckmann has
taught neuromuscular therapy and Swedish Massage Therapy at the Acupressure and
Acupuncture Institute and the National School of Technology in Miami. He is a
graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health and the Acupressure
Acupuncture Institute in Miami and has specialized in the treatment of pain
syndromes and Internal Diseases.
