	The New School for Massage is located on the northwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Wells Street, in the heart of Chicago’s River North area. River North is a lively neighborhood with upscale residences, businesses, restaurants, nightlife, and the second highest concentration of art galleries in the country. The school is about one mile away from the lakefront, and only few blocks away from downtown attractions such as Watertower, John Hancock Observatory and the Magnificent Mile. Getting to the school By train: The school is located one block east of the Chicago Avenue stop on CTA’s brown (Ravenswood) line, and four short blocks from the Chicago Avenue station on the red (Howard) line. By bus: Several Chicago buses stop near the school. Here is a partial listing of buses serving this area: • Chicago Ave, #66 - stops across the street • LaSalle St, #156 – stops one block east • Clark St, #22 – stops two blocks east Other buses, such as #36, #151, #145, #151, #146 stop few short blocks away. By automobile: From 90/94: Take the Ohio Street exit. On the fourth light (LaSalle Street) turn left. Continue on LaSalle street and turn left on the fifth light (Chicago Avenue). The school will be on your right-hand side, one block away. From LakeShore Drive: Take the North/LaSalle St exit. Drive South on LaSalle Street and turn right on Chicago Avenue. You will see the school on your right-hand side, one block away. Meter parking is available on nearby streets. Also, parking is also available in several parking lots in the area.
